2nd Grade IT Support (Real World Use of Technology Skills)
In my ICT class, my 2nd graders are currently learning about emailing systems and how it is a crucial method of communicating with people on the Internet. They are learning how to compose and send emails to their teachers that contain attachments of their work. Today a 2nd grader emailed me about a bug that he found in an Accelerated Reader (AR) quiz he was taking online. He took a screenshot of the error and attached it to the email. He also provided me with a great subject line: "AR diffculty." IT Support Specialists are getting younger each year.
